LEHIGH CO., (WOLF) — The Schuylkill County man killed in a crash involving a tanker truck and tractor-trailer Friday afternoon in Lehigh County has been identified.
The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office identified the victim Monday as Keith Staines, 52, of Tamaqua.
