NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Police are alerting residents in the Poplar Halls area of Norfolk following multiple recent vehicle larcenies.
A homeowner along Poplar Hall Drive captured surveillance video showing three suspects attempting to break into cars early Saturday morning, Aug. 8. The video showed one suspect testing the doors of two vehicles in a driveway before walking away.
Norfolk Police confirmed there were reports of several break-ins on Saturday alone within the 5300 to 5400 blocks of Poplar Hall Drive. The troubling act prompted one neighbor to create a flyer showing images of those people captured on surveillance footage…
