UPPER ALLEN, PA — Police arrested a Pennsylvania man on assault and weapons charges following an incident at a business center parking lot.
William Johnson, 58, of no fixed address, was charged with terroristic threats, possessing instruments of crime, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
