Texas Roadhouse has purchased an iconic Louisville office tower.
According to a Jefferson County Clerk’s Office property deed, on Aug. 7, Texas Roadhouse purchased the Wright Tower, formerly known as the Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans Lane, for $12 million.
The purchase comes one year after Texas Roadhouse, the Louisville-based steakhouse chain, “doubled down” on its commitment to its hometown and purchased 6040 and 6050 Dutchman’s Lane, the two properties where it has been operating its corporate headquarters and restaurant support center for years…
