NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A North Carolina man has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison over an incident in which he broke into an elderly Tennessee man’s home while under the influence of cocaine.
Thomas Dean, the district attorney general for Sumner County, said on Monday that Kippy Lee Lynch and another individual entered the Hendersonville man’s home and stole “numerous valuable items.” Among the items were firearms and ammunition.
