RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) launched a four-week program giving community members a firsthand look at the agency’s operations and staff work.
On Monday, Aug. 10, VADOC officials announced the Citizens’ Academy program will begin Oct. 14.
