JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The family of a 22-year-old man shot and killed outside a North Jackson apartment complex nearly two weeks ago is offering reward money for information leading to an arrest.
Robert Winters III was shot and killed outside the Colony Pointe Apartments on July 30.
