NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans police have arrested a man after searching for a suspect who ran from a traffic stop Monday afternoon.
Shortly after 2 p.m., NOPD First District officers attempted to stop a vehicle near North Villere Street and Esplanade Avenue.
