SPRING, Texas – A 37-year-old Spring man has been arrested after Montgomery County Precinct 3 detectives obtained a felony warrant alleging he assaulted a family member by impeding the victim’s breathing during a domestic violence incident.
According to Constable Ryan Gable’s Office, deputies responded to a reported family violence assault at a residence in Spring on Friday, August 7th.
During the investigation, deputies determined that Alfonso J. Aguilar, 37, allegedly assaulted the victim by applying pressure to the person’s neck, restricting the victim’s ability to breathe, before fleeing the scene…
