DENVER (KDVR) — A man is dead after a shooting involving Longmont officers on Monday.
The Longmont Police Department said officers responded to a report of a possible disturbance at 2:35 p.m. in the 2300 block of Bluebird Drive, which is near the inter.

According to the department, once on the scene, three officers attempted to contact a 20-year-old man after he took an individual hostage.
