EUGENE, Ore. — A 25-year-old Eugene woman was arrested on assault and bias crime charges after police said she struck a man in the head with a glass bottle and threatened him during an altercation Sunday.
Eugene police responded to the 3300 block of Bently Avenue on Aug. 9 following a report of an assault with injuries.
