Las Vegas’ housing market is cooling off a bit after hitting record highs earlier this summer.
The median price of single-family homes sold in Southern Nevada dipped to $480,000 in July, down 1% from a year earlier and down 2% from the all-time high this past May and June.
Similarly, the median price for local condos and townhomes settled at $290,000 in July, matching the level a year ago but notably below the record high of $315,000 in October 2024…
