PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man was seriously hurt in a shooting Monday afternoon in downtown Portland, according to police.
Officers responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting near the intersection of Southwest Market Street and Southwest Fourth Avenue at approximately 3:27 p.m. Dispatch records show 16 police units were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. He is expected to survive, a Portland Police Bureau spokesperson said…
