LEWISTON, ID — A Kooskia woman has been charged with felony grand theft after authorities say she was found driving a vehicle reported stolen out of Spokane.
Faith V. Waldrup was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with grand theft by receiving or possessing stolen property, according to court documents filed in Nez Perce County.
