SPOKANE, Wash. — A driver was arrested following a vehicle vs pedestrian crash in northwest Spokane early Monday morning.
According to the Spokane Police Department, the vehicle vs pedestrian crash happened at around 4 a.m. Monday morning at West Northwest Boulevard and North Ash Street.
