FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE) – As students head back to class, law enforcement and school officials are sounding the alarm about e-bikes and e-scooters.
They are quickly becoming the mode of transportation for teenagers, but with the rise in accidents, including the deaths of several teens, officials are encouraging everyone to proceed with caution.
