FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Witnesses say the man who was killed outside a nightclub Saturday was defending a woman who was being stalked by her ex-boyfriend, Allen Superior Court documents reveal.
Austin Rinker, 28, faces a murder charge for what transpired outside Showgirl III on East Coliseum Boulevard just after 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police talked to workers and management at the club, who all knew Rinker had been banned from Showgirl III earlier this month after allegedly stalking his on-again off-again girlfriend who worked at the club.
