Collier County area residents were hyped up to talk about a new Hyper Club development proposed by well-known Naples businessmen slated for a former automotive test site. The community will have some residential usage in additional to automotive recreation amenities.
Collier County Commissioners weren’t prepared to discuss the matter at their meeting in late July, but residents were. Since then, the two primary businessmen behind the proposed development that could be built for fancy car owners have shared a press announcement about the plans.
“Our vision is to create a private club where automotive enthusiasts and their families can gather, learn, relax and build lasting relationships around a shared passion,” said John DeAngelis, president and cofounder of DeAngelis Diamond Construction based in Naples. “Every aspect of this project has been thoughtfully designed to respect the property’s history and natural surroundings to create something truly unique for Southwest Florida.”…
