POOLER, Ga. (WSAV)– Pooler City Council postponed their vote on a large multi-use development in July, but developers came back with revisions Monday.
A large mixed-use project called “The District” was a hot topic once again at Monday’s planning and zoning meeting. This project is intended to be developed around one of Pooler’s busiest intersections, Pine Barren Road and Pooler Parkway.
