New Louisiana law allows college students at public universities to carry self-defense spray

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A new Louisiana law is in effect that aims to help Louisiana higher education students protect themselves on campus.

It gives students at public colleges and universities in the state the right to carry self-defense chemical spray on campus.
