ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Allentown Planning Commission continued preliminary/final land development approval for a mixed-use property Tuesday afternoon at city hall.
The applicant, Real Star Properties LLC, is proposing a 132-unit apartment building, hotel, event center along with 8,800 square feet of retail space at 300-324 W. Hamilton St., the site of the former Banana Joe’s nightclub.
