CLARKSVILLE, TN – Former West Creek Middle School eighth-grader Eliana Herrington recently represented Kentucky 1 at the North American Bible Quiz Tournament, held July 24–29 in St. Charles, Missouri. Her outstanding performance placed her among the top quizzers in the nation.
Competing in the Intermediate Division against 210 quizzers, Eliana was named the fourth runner-up on the All-Tournament Team. She averaged a 110 points per game and brought home four gold medals and two silver medals. Eliana was the highest scorer in four rounds and finished as the second-highest scorer in two additional rounds.
Eliana and teammate DeeDee Parris represented Kentucky 1, which finished the double-elimination tournament with a 4–2 record and placed 13th out of 73 teams competing in the division…
