RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A mosque leader was arrested Tuesday on an additional criminal sexual conduct charge after an additional victim came forward, according to Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott.
Louai Elkhatib, 55, was arrested July 20 and charged with four counts of assault and battery in the first degree and one count of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.
