CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Nearly a dozen filings were made in the Alex Murdaugh case on or since Judge Debra McCaslin’s Aug. 7 deadline ahead of this Friday’s pre-trial conference in Lexington.
The filings include the State and defense going back and forth over questions surrounding evidence, but the judge did issue an order regarding a previous motion brought up by the defense before the accused killer’s last court date in June.
