CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A contractor is facing charges from an investigation that started in December 2025, after he reportedly did not refund a Camp Hill homeowner after failing to perform work on their home.
Police said Tyler Smith of TD Home Renovations in Harrisburg had been contracted to work on a home in the 1700 block of Linewood Drive.
