SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A dog that was missing from a San Diego County home for over a month was found stuck in a storm drain and in need of rescue.
County Animal Control Officers on Monday came to the rescue of Teddy, a small dog that had been missing for over 30 days.
