DeWitt, N.Y. — Three of the four lanes on Interstate 690 east in DeWitt were closed Tuesday morning after a dump truck spilled a load of gravel on the highway, according to state Department of Transportation officials.
Police were dispatched to the highway near the Bridge Street exit after the spill shortly before 8 a.m., according to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatches.
