WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12) — In a split 3-2 vote Tuesday night, Wellington’s Village Council voted in favor of age limits on non-human-powered micro-mobility devices, including e-bikes, scooters and golf carts.
Effective immediately, the minimum riding age is 15.
