E.L. Bowsher High School students spent more than a year designing and painting a 20-by-8-foot mural that now hangs in the Lucas County Veterans Service Commission.
But the four artists never had to set foot in the building.
Instead, they used vector-based Adobe Illustrator to paint the mural’s individual elements, which include a regal Anthony Wayne astride a horse, a striking depiction of the Veterans’ Glass City Skyway Bridge, a pair of imposing bald eagles, and a representation of the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California…
