New Orleans woman stole $20,000 in Bath & Body Works candles, sprays in 1 month, JPSO says

Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a New Orleans woman accused of stealing more than $20,000 worth of candles, aerosol room sprays and other merchandise from a Bath & Body Works store in less than a month.

Mikequill Estem, 33, was booked Aug. 3 with one count of felony theft and six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, said Sgt. Brandon Veal, spokesperson for the department.

Estem and a few unidentified accomplices are accused of shoplifting goods from the Bath & Body Works store located inside Oakwood Center mall in Terrytown…
