TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said they arrested a man who will be facing rape and kidnapping charges after he broke into a woman’s apartment and attacked her.
Around 9:38 p.m. on Saturday, officers said they were called to an apartment complex near South Darlington Avenue and East 51st Street South after callers reported hearing a woman screaming for help inside one of the apartments.
