SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The City of Sioux Falls has announced various lane and sidewalk closures that could impact travel in parts of the city.
Lane Closure – 26th Street and Marion Road
Starting on Augst 11, southbound traffic on South Marion Road will be reduced to one lane between Silver Valley Drive and 26th Street. The lane reduction will allow the City’s contractor to complete ADA Ramp repairs and concrete repairs.
Once work is completed on the west side of Marion Road, construction will begin on the east side.
Starting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, milling will begin on West 26th Street. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained during the process. Once milling is completed, the overlay is anticipated to begin…
