LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas man pleaded guilty to a DUI charge on Tuesday about 3½ months after a crash that sent a 28-year-old woman to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Dario Nunez, Jr., pleaded guilty to DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm. He is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 10.
Fiona Dominguez was struck while she waited for a bus near Sahara Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard on Saturday, April 25. Nunez, 38 at the time of his arrest, left the scene before police arrived.
