A mother and father have been charged with killing their infant baby in Hudson County, authorities announced Wednesday, Aug. 12.
Jason Megaro, a 27-year-old Mount Carmel, Pa. resident and Jenae Vasquez, a 20-year-old Bronx resident were indicted by a grand jury on charges of aggravated manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child, Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said.
On Wednesday, March 25, a 2-month old baby boy was brought to a hospital where he was pronounced dead the next day, Mello said. The cause of death was determined to be complications from blunt force injuries to the head and the manner of death was a homicide, Mello said…
