COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSPA) — Both chambers of the South Carolina State House returned Tuesday to discuss the state budget, with lawmakers moving the spending plan forward after some back and forth.
The Senate voted 37-2 in favor of the budget, while the House voted 100-17 in favor.
