(KRON) — The Fremont Police Department said officers responded to Bay Street on Aug. 1 to a report of a man with a large knife who was walking near vehicles.
According to police, the suspect broke into a vehicle using burglary tools, and when officers arrived, they “located him sitting in the passenger seat.”…
