OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) — A robbery, assault and vandalism at an Oakland 7-Eleven over the weekend left the store with thousands of dollars in damage, and employees say a group of more than a dozen teenagers was responsible.
The Oakland Police Department is investigating the incident, which happened around 4:30 p.m. Saturday when only two workers were inside the store.

Jay Singh, who has worked at the store for about two months, said he was stocking items in the back when he heard someone verbally assaulting his manager.
