National homebuilder Ryan Homes closed on 57 lots in the Clay County Saratoga Springs masterplanned “agrihood” for $10.45 million Aug. 4, specifically in the Sagebrooke 55+ community it is building.
The acquisition brings its lot count in Sagebrooke to 78 since March.
