Resident facing felony charges following incident in Noblesville

A Noblesville man arrested Aug. 10 faces several felony charges, including possession of methamphetamine, neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance and obstruction of justice.

The accused, Jacob Battson, 33, also faces misdemeanor charges of battery, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He is in the Hamilton County Jail. No bond or bail has been set.
