LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man wanted in connection with a deadly crash where two cars plunged into the Susquehanna River, killing a woman, was arrested, police said Tuesday.
Mikaail Cotton was taken into custody in New York in connection with an alleged firearm offense and is currently in jail there, according to a social media post from Manor Township Police. Arrangements are underway for Cotton to be brought back to Pennsylvania.
