A Peninsula family is expressing growing frustration with law enforcement after their stolen vehicle was spotted in Oakland just hours after it was taken, but a dayslong delay in police response may have cost them the opportunity to recover it.
Ring camera video captured early last Wednesday morning shows a white vehicle pushing the family’s Cadillac two-door racing coupe away from their Menlo Park home.
