A proposal to open a new In-N-Out Burger location at the former Rite Aid building near 60th and College Avenue in the College Area is still a long way from opening.
Originally slated to open in 2025, the burger chain is still in the permitting process with the city of San Diego.
According to an article from The Daily Aztec, the family-owned fast food chain was forced to make some technical changes to the design.
