WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Six residents of The Highlands subdivision have filed a civil lawsuit against the city of Boiling Spring Lakes, Dominion Land Corporation, and Logan Developers, Inc., alleging years of drainage problems and a stormwater system they say has severe defects.
The suit, more than 140 pages, was filed Aug. 10 in Brunswick County Superior Court by three neighboring households along Westway Road. Among the plaintiffs are Tiffany and Seth Braden, who purchased their home on Westway Road in the summer of 2023.
