EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An El Paso Independent School District student received the biggest surprise from what, the family calls, her military “bonus dad.”
Rosie is a second-grader at Polk Elementary School, and her “bonus dad” — only identified as Bell in the U.S. Army — was supposed to return from deployment in December.
