Pulaski County justices advance new regulations for large-scale data centers

PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — A proposed ordinance creating new regulations for large-scale data centers and other high-intensity digital infrastructure in unincorporated Pulaski County advanced Tuesday night, drawing a large crowd and strong reaction from people attending the meeting.

The ordinance passed its agenda-setting vote and will now move to the Pulaski County Quorum Court’s regular meeting scheduled for Aug. 25.
