MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Madison have one man in custody after he partook in a road rage incident following a verbal argument early Tuesday morning.
According to a release from Madison Police, on August 11 around 4:50 a.m., a man and a woman were seen arguing at a Madison hospital. Because of the argument, the man was asked to leave the facility.
