SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) is investigating a crash between a pickup truck and an e-bike on Monday that left the bike rider dead.
SCSO said deputies first responded to the crash at a four-way stop at North Progress Road and East Valleyway Avenue at around 8:00 a.m., where an adult man was lying on the ground next to the e-bike he was riding. He was described as “severely injured.”
