Tyler Wayne Ringl, 26, of Marietta, is accused of standing in the median on Cobb Parkway near Cobb EMC’s headquarters, 1100 EMC Parkway NE, Marietta, and throwing a rock that struck a driver’s side door on Aug. 7 at 10:13 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The victim was driving north on Cobb Parkway when the incident happened. A witness captured a video of Ringl approaching the driver afterward and without prompting said: “The rock hit your car, not me.”
Ringl later denied throwing anything at the victim’s vehicle, but admitted to being in the median and observed the witness taking his picture. Two dents were observed by police on the driver’s side door, according to the warrant…
