NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A jury found Levi Richardson III guilty of murder Wednesday for a 2021 shooting.
The State says you can see Richardson in a surveillance video going up to Johnathan Smith at a North Charleston apartment complex and shooting him.
