College of Charleston move-in brings road closures to downtown Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Drivers should expect traffic delays and road closures in downtown Charleston this week as students return to the College of Charleston for the start of the fall semester.

The College of Charleston said it will welcome the largest incoming class in its history, reflecting the university’s growing national prominence and strength of its academic programs.
